Arizona wilderness Rose Noveau It pours clear rich reddish - brown with minimal head. The aroma is soft, sweet, deep jammy character, red fruits, stewed berries, hibiscus, Victoria sponge cake and some vinous character. The taste is firmly dry, vinous, fruity rose wine, berry skin, touch of jam, wood, earth, light tannin, peppery spice and peppery juniper with a drying finish. Medium body, low carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Not a huge amount of depth. More sweet than I would like. A bit underwhelming.
