From tap at German Kraft, Elephant & Castle, 10.04.25. Cloudy straw colour. Persistent white head and lacing. Appropriate aroma of wheat, coriander, ripe bananas and curaçao orange peel.

Аромат вполне бананов, хотя сама пшеница тоже есть в балансе, дрожжи сильные, солод ячменый тоже. Цвет не знаю, пил из керамической кружки, пена нормальная. Во вкусе вроде все что нужно, и бананы и пшеница, но слишком много дрожжей, вроде они и правильно раскрываются, но все равно вкус слишком дрожжевой. При этом что в остальном все норм вроде, но жирности все равно не хватает.

Keg at Mercato Metripolitano, Elephant, 29/11/24. Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge in time. Nose is bitter citric zest, grass, herb, clove, phenols, yeasty nip. Taste comprises caramel, herb, hedgerow, touch of nana, straw, light breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough Hefe.

Keg at the Elephant & Castle venue. Aroma ihas sweet banana with a clove edge. Cloudy amber. Thin foamy white head. Sour citrus and herbs. Underlying sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Decent Hefe.
