Bottle from Vinomondo, Conwy. Aroma combines caramel with a woody touch and underlying vege hints. Clear dark amber. Thin delicate foamy white head clings to the rim. Medium bitter. Woody. Berries. Limp underlying malts. Light. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. More punchy than I expected from a bitter but still not very interesting. Like licking a shelf.
