Lingonerry juice and for ne an associated dryness. Tart. Underlying certainly salty salted caramel - adds more saline notes than sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Different.

can, hoptimaal deluxe christmas calendar #5 aroma is milky, mango or peaches fruity, vanilla. flavor is a truly super weird combination of tart fruitiness and cloying butter caramel and vanilla, add some herbal hoppy bitterness, or perhaps that's the lingonberries that does the herbal thing. The beer is nicely very sourish and acidic, however the vanilla and caramelly notes totally mess this sourness up. The sourness is more like bacteria sourness or citrus fruit sourness than wild yeast sourness, in fact it could well be from the lingonberries which should be quite acidic if unprocessed.
