The beer is nicely very sourish and acidic, however the vanilla and caramelly notes totally mess this sourness up. The sourness is more like bacteria sourness or citrus fruit sourness than wild yeast sourness, in fact it could well be from the lingonberries which should be quite acidic if unprocessed.
