Really bad ass. 75cl Bottle. Pours cloudy golden Yellow with a White head. Spicy yeasty esters. Funk and farmhouse. Citrus n lemon and a touch of pepper. Super dope. 4.3

Bottle shared. Bit hazy golden with huge white head. Cloves, allspice, sweet wheat, soft lemon balm, marzipan. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation. Very nice.

75cl bottle from Au Baron. Cracked open after a ride in the Cote d'Opale sun. Pours a hazed gold, large white head. Aroma of spicy saison yeast. Great saison character, wonderfully balanced with gentle spicy hints, light herbal moments, zesty rind.. shines with a good balanced saison yeast profile. Really satisfying.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Malty, floral, subtle citrus, spicy hints. Taste: Wheat malt base, yeasty, floral, some mint, subtle lemon amd orange zest, spicy hints. Medium body, below average carbonation. Moderate sweet, light bitterness and sourness. Dry-ish finish. A nice collab overall.
