Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, fruity yeast, minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart citrus - lemon, fruity malt, wheat, saison yeast, light riped fruit. Tap@MBCC 2018 Red Session, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Fruity and grassy hoppy, some citrus lemon fruity notes, medium body, touch of yeast, some light citrus spice into the floral hoppy close.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 11/05/18. Pale light yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is grassy, lemon rind, stale bread, grains, light spice. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, funk, light white peppery spice, yeast esters, grass, light herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison.
