Purple with a fizzy head. Blueberries, oak, high acidity, lemon. Medium bodied. Very dry finish with blueberry. I was pleasantly surprised with this one.

Bottle. Color: Clear purplish red, very thin pink head. Aroma: Horse manure, fruity berries. Aroma: Blueberry, forest fruit, funky horse.manure, oak wood. Quite a lot of tannins. Over moderate tart, medium tart wine vinegar and lime notes. Medium body, below average carbonation.
