Очень сладкое и тяжелое пиво. Есть много патоки, какой то кармели, дрожжей хлебных, приятно не не хватает баланса, и реально тяжело пить.

On tap at Peders. Pours dark brown. Bready malts, brown sugar, some rye, bourbon on the nose. Flavour has lots of caramelized brown sugar, bourbon, rye malts. Rich with good complexity, though a bit on the thick and brutal side

On tap at Peders, pours black, no head. Nose is full of bourbon barrels, brown sugar, and a touch of spicy rye. Flavour is very rich, with intense dark sugars, gentle spiciness from the rye, caramel, and big bourbon. Very viscous and syrupy. It’s good but maybe a tad brutal.

750mL bottle, drunk 2/17/24. Clear, deep amber-bronze-caramel. Small, off-white head, low retention. Strong barrel, very oddly, tannic, with long English malt suggestions of toffee and raisin. No booze but very rich and strong. Soft, but very barrel forward. Heavy pepper, light coconut tannin. Toffee, raisin, moderate to heavy sweetness but fairly balanced if a bit fatiguing.
