A love of hops. Straw-colored, elegantly opalescent, and with vibrant carbonation, this Kellerbier presents itself under a pure white head of foam. Fresh hops are at the center of the aromas on the nose. Even on the first sip, the bottom-fermented beer finds its center with a balanced, full-bodied flavor. A green, hoppy bouquet gently tickles the palate and becomes increasingly pronounced in the finish, without losing the delicate malt tones.

Bottle 25 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque orangey golden with a sediment of dirty yeast and a fluffy, rich and lacing white head, shaving foam style. Super fresh lightly citrusy hop aroma, with some underlying yeastiness. Medium body, dry, fruity and yeasty with a solid finishing bitterness. 021125

Shortlived white head over almost still, clear golden beer. Bit spicy, almost peppery, pale malts. Even more peppery in the mouth; malts with a more general spicy background, and a short bitterish finish. Light body, feels a bit undercarbonated all the same. Long-lasting flavours. Nice, but Kellerbier can pack more punch.

Bottle at Stiegl Brauwelt, Salzburg Saturday 2nd November 2024. Pours hazy gold, nice refreshing, pleasant hoppiness, touch dry, little lemon edge. Good.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, fruity. Taste: Hoppy, grassy and citrus fruit (grapefruit, orange, lemon hints). Malty backbone with notes of bread. Moderate to over moderate bitterness, light to moderate sweet. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Long lasting fruity and hoppy finish. Ok.

Lemon gold with a short head. Aroma of bread malt. Flavour is dough malt, honey and lemon, grainy base.
