Bottle, 2021 edition. Double Wheat, aged 18 months in chablis wine barrels, according to the label. Color: Slightly hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Tart, fruity citrus and grape, bit vinuous. Taste: Funky, vinuous, moderate tart with some light vinegar notes. Fruity grape, citrus. Oak wood notes. Lightly hoppy finish. Another well balanced BA beer in the Minne Ardenne Wood series. Well done.

Bottle @ Esben tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are flowers, yeast, lactose acid, citrus, elderflower and hops. Nice sour finish.
