(Bottle, In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 19 July 2024) Amber colour with foamy, tan head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of rhubarb, plums, taragon and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with rhubarb, plums, barnyard and a mild acidity in a finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a balanced acidity. Nice one.

Bottl. Color: Murky orange-brown, off-white head. Aroma: Brett, malty, subtle herbal. Taste: Lightly tart, moderate sweet, very light bitterness. Floral, suntle rhubarb and subtle herbal dragon. Also subtle Brett funk. Just under medium body, below average carbonation. Well... I truely think think beer has potential, but at this moment every flavor is subtle in my opinion. Making this an quite easy to drink Wild beer but also a bit flat. Balance of rhubarb and dragon seems ok though. Maybe the brewers should have the guts to play with the mix of rabarber and dragon so these flavors would get more pronounced. Or maybe this beer is just a bit too young at this moment? Overall a nice collab... Keep on!
