Nilsas lot det meste gå ut vinduet, jeg tvang i meg det jeg greide og Kjetil så overså at jeg helte resten diskret i blomsterpotten. Han var bare sjeleglad for at han slapp å drikke det hele alene.

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Sweetish, sweet stone fruit, coconut, floral. Taste: Again sweetish and floral, lots of coconut, some fruity stone fruit and some citrus fruit. Smooth. Cookies, dough, vanilla, honey, caramel notes. Malty with hoppy backbone. No typical NEDIPA as I expected. Much sweeter and more malty. So, I did not know what Alfalores are... It seems that these are traditional South American / South European .cookies made of flour, honey, and nuts filled with Dulce de leche. Now I understand that typical taste... Well, how to rate this beer? It's interesting. It's complex. It's unique (for me, at least). But to be honest, it's just not my taste... Sorry, Cerveza bDos Dingos. Overall Bonus point for the unique combination though.
