31st May 2023Panda, big thanks to Theydon Bois, he knew I would be interested in this. Pours a hazy dirty gold, almost a pale brown. Small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. A nice buttery oaky sweetness underpins smooth brandy that manages to be light but quite punchy. Some ripe citrus hops coming through on the semi dry finish and they go well with the fruity aspect of the brandy. Nice job. Could drink a lot of this.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A light hzed deep orange coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is semi sweet, jammy orange, apple, some spices. apricot. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, spicy wood, cedar, jammy spricot, orange, woody citrus light tangy. Palate is semi sweet, light tangy, moderate carbonation. A little weird overall.

Can at home, picked up from Yards & Crafts online, 19/05/23. Clear golden with a just off white cap that settles as a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, wood must, oak, hint bretted, lemon rind. Taste comprises pale malts, light brandy barrel, citric tinged straw, grass, melon, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Interesting one ... drinks way below the ABV ... subtle brandy ... an odd one but a pleasant enough offering.

Can. Color: Lightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Brandy, hoppy, citrus. Taste: Hoppy, citrus notes, slightly overwhelming Brandy. Bit boozy. Nice combination. Refreshing with a boozy twist. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice.
