Bottle with cork and cap 0,75 ltr: Slightly hazy amber/orange coloured brew with an dry bitter taste with gentle little bit of sour. Hints of white pepper, tomato and pumpkin. Watch out when open it, it can gush.

Bottle. I was warned in advance by Dany himself of a possibile very big gusher, so took my precautions. Chilled it 1,5 hour in the fridge and after that another 0,5 hour in the freezer. Opened the bottle, wrapped in a towel, outside in the garden. Only a little pop of the cork and light gusher. Managed to get all the beer in my glass. Color: Hazy orange-brown amber, off-white head. Aroma: Very spicy, malty, lightly sourish, hoppy, a bit funky. Taste: As complex as almost every Fantôme. Mix of malty, spicy, peppery notes, vegetable, Saison yeast, funky hints, hoppy notes, very slightly sourish. Dry-ish bittery and spicy finish. Over medium body, just below average carbonation.
