This snapshot of Oregon summertime boasts a luscious and fleshy nectarine essence with every sip. We believe that stone fruit character this vibrant has to come from whole, tree-ripened nectarines, and once you’ve had a chance to taste it, we think you’ll agree. Bold fruit balances with a refreshing acidity, while subtle oak and earthy notes round out the experience.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly fruity, funky, woody aroma, hints of peach, grape sugar, a touch of oak, mustard seed. Taste is tart, funky, slightly woody, minimally fruity, hints of mustard seed, oak, a touch of grape sugar, peach; minimally acidic finish. Watery texture, astringent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Well balanced, relatively mild, focussed, not overly fruity - good.

On tap at Alesong, pours a hazy peachy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of bright peaches and nectarines, with light oak presence. Flavour is very tart, fruity and acidic, with lots of tart peaches and nectarines. Juicy, gently acidic, and nicely oaky. Very nicely put together.

Bottle. Color: Hazy yellowish golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Lightly tart and sweetish apricot and peach. Taste: Moderate tart and over moderate sweet, a lot of sweetish fruity peach and nectarine, hints of wild yeast funk. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Some oak wood and tannins, peach skin. Dry-ish finish. Very fruity, very nice.

500 ml. Aroma has notes of nectarines mostly, but also, peaches, matchsticks. Pours hazy golden with a collapsing bone-white head. Taste is moderately sour (7/10) with strong nectarine and peach flavor. Nice.
