Can from Mikkeller webshop. Dark chocolate and coffee aroma before lactose and vaguely artificial vanilla come through. Dark and glossy but thin of appearance on pouring and cola brown. Creamy beige head recedes promptly. Initial taste is light bitter coffee with some sour berries. However a buzz of vanilla sweetness then closes proceedings, without killing the prior elements off entirely. Medium bodied. Creamy. I'd describe the average-fizzy carbonation as latent. Long slightly astringent finish. The aroma promises more cream soda than the brew delivers butthat's not an issue as it remains a milk Stout I'm happy to drain.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is roasted, cream, liquorice, taste is similar, sweet, creamy.

1 pint can. Pours dark brown to black. Brown head. Aroma is breadish and toasted malt to caramelish. Medium dry, roasted breadish and caramel malty. Medium sweet and roasted malt finish.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, light chocolate, light milk chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, roasted, malt bitter, sweet malt, dark malt, vegetables, fritz cola, something odd ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191223]

Can, from Malt & Mold. Pours clear dark brown with ruby highlights, small foamy beige head, bread-caramel malt aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter biscuit-caramel malt taste, thin body, medium finish. Not so exciting.
