Bottle, serie 101 according to the label. . Color: Black, light brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, coffee, fruity Cognac notes. Taste: Roasted malt, mocha, some coffee = 'Old fashioned' traditional Imperial Stout, combined with clearly present yet nicely balanced notes of Cognac (boozy, fruity dried grape). Full body, just below average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Nice, well barrel aged Imperial Stout.
