Bottle from local Mitra. Color: Very lightly hazy orange amber, off-white head. A little dark for a Tripel. Aroma: Malty, herbal and yeasty notes. Taste: Malty, sweetish, herbal notes, some coriander, caramel, yeast and orange peel. Combined with a more hoppy finish. Ok complexity for this beer style. some coriander, caramel, yeast and orange peel. Over moderate sweet, light bitterness going to moderate at finish. Bit dry-ish and lightly sticky mouthfeel at finish. Not a regular Tripel. Ok complexity for this beer style. Overall quite nice.
