Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een koperkleurig bier met een dun beige schuim. Het heeft een moutige, cognac achtige geur. De smaak is moutig, cognac, kruidig en tonen van caramel.

Bottle. Color: Very dark ruby to copper, thin beige head. Aroma: Malty, caramel, subtle Cognac notes. Taste: Dark malt, caramel, hints of chocolate, bit boozy and fruity notes of Cognac. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate to above moderate sweet, light bitterness. Stronger Cognac notes at the finish. Quite smooth mouthfeel. Ok but missing some body in my opinion.
