Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Very spicy and peppery with hot chili, fruity notes, citrus, pale malt, stone fruit, some peach, tart fruit. Touch of funk. Flavour is a bit tart with a potent chili burn. Body is medium. Lots of chili burn all around, this is one for the chili lovers.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, very thin white head. Aroma: Brett funk, spicy, some citrus and hop. Only a very little pepper in the aroma. Taste: Wild yeast funk, moderate tart, light sweetness. Starting fruity, somewhat tart, some citrus, lightly stone fruit, (old) hop, some wood and straw hints. But then going to spicy, peppery with tart funky hints at the background towards and at the finish. Long lasting peppery and dry-ish funky finish. I am a pepper fan, but never been a fan of pepper in beer. Although there are a few exceptions, but this one is not one of them. Pepper is suddenly killing all complexity of the beer. Ok, but I do prefer the non peppery edition of this beer by far.
