Half, cask at Alexandra Hotel in Derby. A white tophead to a clear golden coloured body. Fair lacework. Fruity aroma with peach to the fore. Mild fruity taste of orange and peach, pale malts beneaht. Moderate bittersweet end. Thin to medium bodied. Okay (22.02.2015).

Castle Rock Snowwhite. Cask @ Joshua Brooks, Manchester. Blonde ale with a thin head. Has a light but evident enough spiciness that does linger long in the palate. It’s in its nose too and has a decent light drinkable texture.

Cask at the Parcel Yard, Fuller’s - Kings Cross, London. Pretty bleak, to be honest. Lots of astringency, dry dough, bitter hay. Light bodied with soft to fine carbonation. Mellow pale malt sweetness to finish with further bitter and astringent hay. Not very good.

Cask at the Waggon and Horses, Twyford. Pale straw with a white head; citrusy aroma; sweet biscuity body; and a clean finish with a touch of citrus. A pleasant enough golden ale.

On cask at New Barrack Tavern, Hillsborough - Pale yellow body with thin head.Aromatic,a bit floral and hoppy in the nose. There is a flowery taste, a bit buttery, a bit disappointing and not for this time of year. Okay, I guess.
