Manchester Beer Festival 2019. Dark brown with its strength just evident in its taste. Has a fusion of dryish brown malts and dark malts.

ABV: 6.5%. Cloudy dark brown colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, caramel, light burnt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, roasted, licorice, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190125]

Cask at the Manchester Beer and Cider Festival, 2019. Dark brown pour with a beige head. Nose of plum jam, raisin, treacle toffee. Flavours of toffee, more plum jam, toffee, milk chocolate. Sweet malty finish.
