Canned 4/12/2024, drunk 12/11/2024. Massively carbonated, but clear with a paler brass-golden color. Large, well-retained, rocky, white head. Real saison yeast character, not American crude crap. No bubble gum or clove, banana or intense bread. Lovely malts show rich honey with just a touch of drier, lightly tannic oak. Immense flavor for its size with black pepper, fresh plaster, heavy mineral, leafy herbage and a crazy high drinkability promoted by good attenuation, balanced acidity, soft, supple, well-attenuated malts and bright, zesty hopping. Holy hell, this is real saison and it's spectacular!

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a huge foamy white head that persisted and laced. Aroma is light Brett, yeast and light malt. Somewhere near medium body. Flavor is light Brett, yeast, some light malt and a nice touch of wood astringency. Everything is rather light, but the summation is extremely good tasting. A great session ale.
