28/3/2020. Can from Priest Town Brewing Bottle Shop, Preston. Pours black with a beige head. Delicious aroma of chocolate, crunchie bar, honeycomb, light roasting, caramel and camp coffee. Moderate sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Medium to full body, slick texture, average to soft carbonation. Sweeter sticky finish. Enjoyed this.

Can shared in London. Pours black-brown with a creamy tan head. So so, some dry cocoa, scorched wood, ash, tangy wood, dried berries. Medium to full bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes eh more bitter dark chocolate, tangy burnt wood, scorched earth. Alright.

Keg at Brewdog Soho. A jet black coloured pour with a fine mid tan head. Aroma is big hot alcohol, solvent marker pen, raspberry ripple, black sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, blackened sugars, liquorice, raspberry jammy fruits, black forest gateau, cherry sweets, some hot alcohol. Palate is semi sweet, somewhat creamy and tangy, oily moderate carbonation. Not bad. Little boozy.
