16oz can from Tavour. It's been a great festbier season so far! Clear golden pour, head fades quickly to foamy ring. Light malty aroma, minor sweetness. Taste is malty, caramel, bready, sweet; with a touch of dryness at the finish.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Amber gold pour. Large frothy beige head. Floral hop aroma hints at toasted malt. Flavor is clean and crisp. Sweet toasted malt, spicy hops, caramel, toasted nuts. Really tasty.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a moderate white head. Light bready aroma with a hint of Noble hop. Med body or nearly. Almost dry. Moderately bitter. Crackery toffeeish caramel malt with a nice clean aspect. Enough grass/spice to make it very drinkable. Nice.

Very solid Oktober, almost like my birthdays when I was young. Crisp barley and great grain overall. A little booze and some oak. Bitter finish. Tap at Quarry House.

Pint at Max's pours a clear orange with some creamy white head. Nose has malt and dough, orange and some root veg. Flavor is doughy and malty and bready, some noble hop. Dry finish with some bite.

16 oz. Aroma is grainy, caramel, bready, chalky, hint of apple. Pours hazy copper with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste is pretty sweet with a faintly bitter finish. A really nice festbier. Better than most German versions I've had.
