Gabe Fletcher crafted this one for his friends at Crazy Ray’s Adventures — a seriously rad Alaskan fishing charter. Which makes sense, because I could totally see myself downing a few cans while doing some leisurely fishing

He and his legendary crew loaded it with plenty of Strata, Nelson Sauvin, and Phatasm Powder, so we’re expecting enough nectarous flavor to fill the Pacific Ocean! Look forward to stunning notes of berry and white grape weaving through layers of mandarin orange, mango, and grapefruit pith.

Aroma has notes of cantaloupe, grain, citrus rind. Taste has a light to moderate pithy bitterness with some sweet malt notes on the back end. Has a light off-note of lotion along with the more pleasant citrusy notes.

US Pint can at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, melon, light vinous. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, melon, hints of orange, herbal, light floral woody hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma suggests apple and pine and tropicals. Med body. Flavor suggests pine and melon and other tropicals - maybe guava. Something like citrus as well. Rather hard for me to parse. Finally - grapefruit with zest is the mystery. Took me awhile.
