(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 21 July 2024) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, herbal nose with dried fruit, peaches and flowers. Fruity, herbal taste with notes of ripe peaches, mixed fruit, grapes, spices, soft malt and a mild floral bitterness. Almost full body, quite sweet. Rich and spicy tripel. Very nice.

Can from Tavour. Pours very slightly hazy rustic golden with yellow highlights. Big white head lingers throughout with moderate lacing. Aroma is spicy esters and slight peppercorn. Faint stone fruit and slight citrus aspects. Flavor is spicy winter wheat, with spicy esters. Nice fruit on the back half of the palate.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a large white head. Aroma is lightly peppery/spicy. Med body or better. Flavor is peppercorn/spice/yeast and detectable banana. I think the spice includes clove. A bit complex this ale. Not dry, but hardly sweet. A little bitter but more spicy than bitter. Nice flavor has this ale.
