A breakfast stout brewed in collaboration with Silverskin Coffee roasters, fellow beverage pioneers and north Dublin neighbours. Brewed with “El Roble” coffee which is a world exclusive for Silverskin. This coffee is sweet and deeply fruit toned. Ripe blueberry, sherry like flavours infused with hazelnut and dark chocolate. It is grown by the Salverria family from the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountains of El Salvador. This beautiful bean compliments our rich breakfast stout. Draught at ICBF19. Brownish black with a solid head. Aroma of roast coffee and malt. Flavour is milky coffee, light roasted, caramel malt on a coffee malt finish.

7/5/2019. Cask at the Porterhouse, Temple Bar. Pours almost black with a lasting beige head leaving good lacing. Aroma of coffee, roasted malt, dark chocolate. Medium sweetness with moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Solid all-round stout, enjoyable.

Draught, 6.5% at Porterhouse Central. Black colour. Good stable creamy light brown head. The flavour has a good, bitter coffee note. Cream and dark chocolate finish, perhaps even salty. Good mouthfeel.

Cask (handpump) @ #MBCF19, [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2019 ], Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill St, Petersfield, Manchester, Great Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Porterhouse Up & At 'Em ].Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, chocolate, coffee, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, burnt, coffee, dusty, light vegetable coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190123] 7-3-7-3-15
