The recipe is simple: German Pilsner malt and water from Liberty Lake in the mash, Hallertau Perle in the kettle, and a malt-forward German lager strain in the tank. Some brewers say that Pilsner is the most difficult beer style to brew because it doesn't hide mistakes. We did our best! The result is grainy, grassy, and crispy. Difficult for us to brew, but easy for you to drink!

16 oz. can. Aroma is minerals and pilsner malt. Flavor has a very soft herb with maybe traces of fruit. Grapes? Shows a good mineral content. Clean and crisp finish.

Can shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Lightly hazy golden yellow, trace sparkle, ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is pale & Pilsner malt, light florals. Taste follows aroma with late strong cracker. Silky smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Super smooth, but neither strong nor complex. Nice crusher.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a moderate creamy white head. Aroma is pleasing grass/spice with light bready support. Med body. Flavor is pretty much the aroma. The spice has something of a bite. Hint of citrus. Dry and nicely bitter. Good.

Tap at the source. Kind of a grainy feel instead of a bright hoppy Pils feel. Pleasant lagering, just sort of pussyfoots it with the hops. OK, but not worth bar price, pretty much a better than average lager. Right next door to awesome, good.

16oz can (not a green bottle) pours a clear gold, lasting white head. Lacey even. Nose has grist and honey and flowers and some orange blossom. Flavor is sweet, honey flowers, some vinous notes, some green grape. Finishes oily. Ok. 6 5 6 3 12
