Gigantic Pilsner is a love letter to the Pacific Northwest. We brew this beer with pure mountain water, Willamette Valley grown hops and locally produced malt, showcasing our region and proving that Portland is one of the world’s great brewing cities.

We love making lagers here at Gigantic and thought it was time to make a year-round pilsner. Our aim with Gigantic Pilsner is to capture the essence of German pilsners while infusing it with the distinct character of our region.

My first Gigantic rating in over a year. 16 ounce can from Tavour. Bright yellow gold color. Frothy white head. Spotty lacing. Grainy, metallic aroma. Flavor mirrors aroma. Big grainy notes with a metallic tinge. Crisp, malty and spicy, herbal hops. Excellent balance and drinkability. Well done.
