US Pint at the Seattle Pike Place joint on Sunday 10th August 2025. Slight haze to the amber body, beige crust on top. Dark fruit and malty aroma, plums maybe? Light nutty/earthy feel with a mild bitterness towards the finish. Not as interesting as I'd hoped for, the view over the water was good though.

On tap at the Pike Place location. Pours brown. Biscuit, grapefruit, pine, light bitterness, light earthiness, hazelnut. Medium body. Good.

On tap at Old Stove - Ballard, pours a cloudy muddled amber with a smal white head. Aroma is syrupy and thick, with big bready malt, dry caramel, and a hint of resins. Flavour is uncoordinated as hell, with resinous hops, syrupy notes, bready malt and caramel. Syrupy, bitter, unbalanced and messy. This is just poor.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Josh's Taps and Caps. Rating from backlog. Clean and copper amber appearance. Stinging caramel malt front. Flavor does smooth out, and finishes on a long, bold, toasty malt finish. Solid, easy drinking amber overall to enjoy a couple pints of in a session.

Caramel color with thick head. Aroma and flavor is citrus and pine hop bitterness. A little sweet and malty finish.

Sample at the brewpub. Hazy bronze-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, fruit and mild hops. Light to medium body with flavors of caramel malt, roast nuts and mild earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
