Cask half-pint in Spa Lane Vaults, a Wetherspoons in Chesterfield on 20th Nov 2014. Hazy golden yellow with a smooth white head that gave off some good lacing. Bland aroma and taste, slight lemon/citrus feel but not a lot of anything, creamy texture to the body but no flavours to report about: a strange one. Might have been the first pull of the day, but that is no excuse to it’s lack of taste.

On cask at Sheaf View, Sheffield - Hazy yellow body, thin white head. Nose is a bit grassy and some mild sweet citrus. The taste has a sweetness to it, almost floral, with a decent creamy mouthfeel to it. A good one for a session.
