Can from Corti Bros. Pours clear, dark, ruddy copper with a slight beige head. Roasty malt aroma with some floral notes. Med body. Flavor is a bit sweeter than I expected for the style, but otherwise seems appropriate. Good stuff.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated March 06, 2023. Aroma is malt forward with lots of toasted bread, caramel, and toffee with lighter notes of raisin and cherry. Hints of fruity, citrus hop notes. Hints of alcohol. Pours a clear, reddish brown with ruby hues and a medium sized, medium thick, light tan head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers for a bit. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a fairly strong malt profile. Lots of toasted bread, caramel and toffee. Lighter notes of graham crackers and hints of nuts and raisin. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light pine resin and grapefruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid, malt forward beer. Really nice character balanced with the hop notes and bitterness.
