[Cask at the White Horse, Hedgerley] A pale amber pour with a ring of translucent head; leafy citrus aroma; crisp grassy citrus taste; then sharply bitter with a lingering grassy finish. Not quite what I expect from Nelson Sauvin hops, lacking the gooseberry characteristics.
