Poured from 375mL bottle (bottled 05/28/22). Slightly hazed bright gold with huge white head and a bit of sediment. Lots of rustic saison yeast, hint of underlying pils malt, dry and peppery, mild bitter finish with feint brett. Simple and solid.

375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out a wonderfully funky, rustic farmhosue character and light white pepper. Flavour is crisp and bitter, with lots of rustic saison yeast, wild bugs, and nicely bitter, crisp white wine tangy hops. Crisp, bitter finish, with a nice buggy character. Very nicely done.

375 c&c from the brewery. Pours translucent gold with a large foamy white head. The head oozed out of the bottle when the cork came out. Aroma of Brett and citrus. Somewhat tart. Med body. Flavor is nice level of Brett, citrus, floral and something else that's a little funky. Quite dry. Decently bitter. Very good flavor.
