Shaker pint draft at Sailing Goat in Richmond, California. The pour is a clear golden with a white head that leaves behind great lace. The aroma is cracker malt with herbal grassy hops. The taste is a nice blend of the slightly honey sweet malt and the herbal grassy hop. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and a nice clean finish. Nice Pils.

Tap at University or Beer in Vacaville, CA. Pours clear gold with a slight white head. Light citrus aroma. Near medium body. Flavor is bready with light citrus and light spice.

Can. Golden beer with a whitish head. Hay and grass aroma with light mineral aroma. Spice and grass flavor with light mineral notes. Medium bodied. Spice and light malt linger with light mineral notes.

Tap. This would be California brewery #315. Pours clear yellow, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is light, floral, hints of grain and cracker. Flanks is light sweet, light plus bitter. Light body. A definite citrus and floral thing, but clean and crisp. Less bitter than often found for this style, but I think it works.
