Undated but recent, 375mL bottle, drunk 1/23/26, as pictured.
Man, phantasm powder is such a strong, distinct substance. I immediately get it in the nose, alongside soft oak, rich vanilla and honey-like malt and a lovely, funky Brett which does work well with the phantasm and passion fruit. Sort of magnifies what the Brett is already doing. Nothing weird, not too much foeder, no big acid.
Malty and round in the mouth, though with good dryness coming from the powder, the oak and light-to-moderate Brett-like acidity. Citrus and white grape galore with biscuit and honey gently balancing. Juicy, rich, malty and complex with good lingering balance of malt, brett, oak and such. Really lovely, even fresh. This would age really nicely.

Tavour bottle: pours fizzy yellow with a white head. Aroma is bretty earthy funk, light passion fruits, some touches of citrusy fruitiness. Taste is bitterly bretty. The passionfruit hits at the finish and is really pleasant. Funky overall. Pleasant.

Quite pale, and hazy. Tart, mellow melon and a bit of lemon balm sort of character. A lean character with decent oak and some tartness.

Tons of fruity hop notes and hints of tangy passion fruit rounded out by nice dry brett notes.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of wild yeast, plenty of floral dry hopping, and a touch of oak. Flavour is very buggy and complex, with a nice wild yeast character, plenty of bretty funk, lots of oak, and rounded out nicely by the dry hopping. Not detecting the passionfruit. Funky, buggy, and complex, with a nice dry rustic and oaky character on the finish. Excellent.

375 c&c from Tavour. Pours translucent lemony yellow with a transient slight white head. Mixed aroma of citrus, lemon zest, something biting like passion fruit, and something similar to Brett. Med body or so. Flavor is very passion fruit, hints at lemon zest, definitely has some tasty Brett, and non-musty wood notes. Quite dry. Sharp. Brett and passion fruit stand in for bitter. Super tasty ale.
