Third, draught at Stalybridge Buffet Bar. Covering fawn-coloured head. Spotty lacing. Coal black body. Aroma of liquorice, earth, and dark chocolate. Salty liquorice to the taste profile joined by cocoa and chocolate. Roasted bittersweet end. Quite pleasing. (Stalybridge 01.07.2018).

Cask at the Wellington - Birmingham. Pours deep brown with a frothy, khaki head. Nice aroma, sturdy roast, cocoa. Light-medium sweet flavour, smooth chocolate, bitter ash. Medium. I died with fine carbonation; good condition. Finishes with a little warmth, bittersweet chocolate, more ash. Solid.

Cask @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Despite the brewer once telling me never the same beer twice, I've been told this is a rebadge of the previously named Stout Bobek. Still smooth, still with light pleasant roasted malts.
