Our "Noble Contessa" Pale Lager aged in our oak lagering foeder for 3 months. Hopped & dry-hopped exclusively with Contessa, a brand new American hop that showcases European "noble hop" characteristics. Very reminiscent of a dry-hopped European Lager with a distinct American flair. Light notes of green tea, pear and soft oak.

Crisp enough. Some Foeder makes for a more interesting lager than your typical. Golden pour with ok head. Crisp finish. Some tea. More than a pale lager but slightly less than other stuff. Can at Garden District.
