Pours dark, bit if beige head. Aroma is thick gingerbread, loads of it, sweet and full of cookies. Taste is sort of what it smells. Loads of ginger, cookies and Christmas flavours. Also reminds me some pumpkin beers, probably because of all those spices. Nice dessert beer. Not really a beer I’d like to have a full pint of but a small glass feels nice.

Dark brown color. Absolutely massive over the top gingerbread nose. Smells like pumpkin pie, licorice and tons of cinammon in the nose. The mouth isn’t too heavy. Way over the top. Big lingering gingerbread finish. Wow. So over the top but I like it.

Bottle, Boise imperial stout tasting. Dark brown with a smaller brown ring. Nose is sweet and spicy; vanilla and ginger snap cookie. Really great gingerbread / ginger snap taste... I love it! This is spot on and exactly what I’d hoped for. Well done, I’d love to get my hands on this again around Christmas.

Bottle - Gingerbread and some roast malts. Deep brown with a thin beige head. Ginger, vanilla and spice with a bit of a bitter finish. Not bad, but finish is a bit harsh.
