All Things go was created in partnership with Jester King Brewery from the outskirts of Austin, TX. Utilizing white grapes from local Curtis Vineyards, these grapes were pressed and fermented spontaneously, then blended with Jester King yeasts and added to Firestone Barrelworks’ wild oak barrels where it matured for over two years.. The result is a full bodied wild ale with notes of white grapes, bold floral and vanilla character with a gorgeous lingering finish.

Bottle. Pours clear pale yellow, almost straw, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is funky, white grape, Brett, oak, barnyard floor. Flavor is light tart, medium funk. Light body. Quite good.

375 c&c from the brewery. Pours clear brassy gold with a semi-creamy white head. Mixed grape aroma with a light touch of sour. Med body. Flavor is very white grape, and not the Thompson Seedless sort of white grape. I'm thinking a mix of sauvignon blanc and chardonnay. It's very dry. Moderately tart/sour. It is very smooth, sour wise. Excellent.
