We are delighted to launch our first ever IPA
Cold IPA has its origins in the West Coast IPA style and ours is no exception with a solid malt backbone and a big dry hop. The difference comes in fermentation where we use our house lager yeast at lower temperature to give the beer a crisp, dry clean finish with amazing hop character you’d expect in a Westie.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
440 ml can. Pours light hazed gold with an enormous white foam. Way overcarbed. Aroma: malty, citrus, earthy, a smidge floral. Taste: light to moderate sweet with towards moderate bitterness, citrus, grapefruit, hoppy finish. Dry on the palate. Medium body with ridiculous carbonation. Nice west coast hints here.

440ml can. Slightly hazed yellow gold, comically oversized head taking forever to settle ffs. Aroma of floral and citrusy hops, pale malts. Taste is floral, citrusy, grapefruit, slightly sweet malts, bitter finish.
