Heist Brew Co. are renowned for their big bold fruity sours, they achieve a silky mouthfeel using a variety of ingredients using lactose and malto dextrin to name a few. Being a Vegan brewery we are pooling our resources and skills to bring a big silky IPA creaminess without the use of any animal products. This 6% IPA inspired sour utilises the gentle aromatic tones of peach and apricot to mimic some of its most delicate hop equivalents. This fruity perfume combo also lends a distinct tartness that pairs beautifully with a full bodied gentle sour IPA.

440ml can. Clear reddy orange, minimal head. Aroma of plums. Taste is tart and plummy, apricots I'm not sure I would've got had I not read the description, kind of melds into a general fleshy stone fruit flavour anyway, decent sourness, but where are the hops? As a sour this is actually lovely but as a sour IPA it's failed on the hoppy front.
