A style that has become increasingly popular, yet infuriating to master. This New England IPA is our take on this modern classic. A huge malt bill that consists of extra pale Maris Otter malt, complimented by oats, dextrin and wheat malts gives it the body and ABV. The hops were carefully selected in order to get the tropical notes befitting of the style and the memory we have named it after. On the hot side, we have used Cascade, with Amarillo, Idaho 7 and Citra in the whirlpool. Then on the dry hop we have added a healthy dose of Riwaka, BRU-1 and Citra.

Malts: Extra Pale Maris Otter, Flaked Torrefied Oats, Naked Oats, Dextrin Malt, Torrefied Wheat and Wheat Malt

Hops: Cascade, Citra, Idaho 7, Amarillo, Bru-1 and Riwaka

Yeast: Saturated

440ml can. Murky yellow, small white head. Aroma of tropical and citrus fruits. Taste is tropical, orange and mango, peach, passionfruit, a little pine, nice bittersweet balance. Very nice. Another beer from this brewery where the name references the opposite coast to the style. Why do they do this? EDIT: Brewery informed me the name isn't a reference to Laguna Beach in California as I'd wrongly assumed :)

Murky gold with a bubbly white head and soft citrus and light malt on the nose. Dank fruit up front, resinous bitterness coupled with fruit sweetness
