Brewed using Oats, Buckwheat, Maize & Sorghum to provide us with a Gluten Free pale gold hazy beer. Using oats in place of barley gives the beer plenty of body to balance out the whirlpool and dry hop additions of Summer & Enigma that bring out those intense lemon balm and Pinot gris aromas that we keep going back for!

440ml can. Murky golden with a frothy white head quickly dissipating. Aroma is citrusy, mandarin, orange peel, mango. Taste is fruity, citrus, mandarin, tropical, mango, passionfruit, grainy malts, light bitterness. Body is light-medium, mouthfeel seems thin-ish and airy (but good for GF), soft-average carbonation. For a GF beer this is great. Note: can says hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Enigma, no mention of Summer being used.

Can on the train home, 68011, 09/02/18. Hazed golden amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is citric peel, green berry sherbets, pine dusting, toasted breads, light floral rip, tangerine. Taste comprises light dankness, airy malts, pine needle, citric spray, sprucey tones, kiwi fruit, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with finely tuned but semi danko hop bitterness. Solid session gear ... top draw stuff for the gluten free genre ... pretty subtle all over but builds up and gels into a crushable number. Three-Juan ???
