15/4/2018. Bottle bought at the brewery. Pours hazy pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is of heavily smoked ham, cheese and smokey bacon crisps. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, touch salty. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not a style I'm usually keen on but this one was enjoyable.

Bottle shared at THT March. Hazy light golden with white head. Massive smoke, bacon, dry malts, soft herbs. Dry malts, minerals and massive smoke. Medium bitter, light sweet. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Oh I’m sorry but this is really not my thing at all.

Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts and massive smoke. Lapsang souchong, seaweed. Light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Lovely.

Bottle shared at THT March ‘18 (The Elephant Seal Edition). Very hazy dark golden with an off white head. Aroma of big smoked malt with light herbal notes and caramel behind. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

[ As Birrificio Abusivo 70% ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, meat, smoke, wood, oak. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, pale malt, smoked, wood, oak, emdium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171118] 6-3-6-3-11
