From backlog. 330ml bottle. Sweet, carbonated and earthy with hints of berries, tartness and ash. Feels a bit off.

Cask at the brewery. An opaque mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting creamy beige head. Aroma is tangy fruit, choc, raspberry ripple, hint of vinegar, chocolate malts. Flavour is composed of tart fruit, raspberry, spicy vinegar, hint of infection, powdered chocolate.. Palate is tart, lowish carbonation, lifeless. Meh. Really not a fan.

Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Black with a very thin head. Has a sweetened dark malt nose, and initially sweet in its taste, this gives way to a few roasted malts that linger. Crisp with a fuller body.
