Brewed in collaboration with La Quince and Meta Edabeak to celebrate Basqueland’s Gazpatxo is a pale yellow, crystal-clear Hoppy Lager that combines tradition with a fresh twist. Brewed with Simcoe and Strata hops, it offers aromas of pine resin, sweet cherry, and herbal notes. Its light body and crisp, dry-hop finish provides a refreshing yet punchy flavor, making it an easy-to-enjoy lager with a touch of complexity.

Thanks fonefan! Golden colour with a small white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, some resin and mild sweet berries to it. Flavour is floral, fruity, some mild berries and nicely pine/spruce like elements with some bitterness to. Refreshing.

Can from HOTM. Pale gold with a very light haze and a thin white head. Lovely lime flavour up front. Light tropical notes, lemon squash, bread and floral flavours follow. However, I found the bitter herbal finish rather too astringent and it rather spoilt the beer for me. Shame.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with some melon and citrus. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bready. Hay and mild citrus. Long bitter finish.

Rubia de color amarillo claro, algo velada, espuma blanca bien retenida. En nariz muy fresca, lupulada, herbal. Muy bebible y agradable en boca, chispeante, fresca, herbal, con toques cítricos y resinosos, entrada muy refrescante y final relativamente complejo, mezclando esa sensación amarga con una despedida ligeramente dulce, deja un regusto final y sensación en la boca que efectivamente puede recordar a un buen gazpacho, genial.
