Spotty tan head on a dark brown coloured body. Bourbon, vanilla & coffee aroma. Full bodied, oily greasy & cloying. Vanilla, chocolate, coffee, toffee & raisin tastes with a big boozy bourbon finish. Big hitting Sipper.

Can thanks to my bro for the gift. It pours oily jet black with a small dark tan head. The aroma is dark roasted malt, sticky, heady notes of oily coconut, chocolate cake, cacao nibs, bounty bar Kendal mint cake, vanilla, tunnocks teacake, jammy wagon wheels and some boozey tang. The taste is slick, oily, chewy, toothy maltage, sweet and intoxicating, sticky, vanilla, marshmallow fluff, coconut, chocolate, chocolate bourbons, gateaux, coffee cake, tiramisu, tunnocks teacake, wagon wheels, vanilla fudge and some boozey warmth with a bit of dyness towards the end. Full body, fine carbonation and slick mouth feel. Rich and indulgent, but well done for what it is.

Can from Utobeer, Borough Market. Jet black pour with a tan head. Nice nose of dark chocolate, sweet tobacco, Turkish coffee, toffee, caramel cake, bourbon. Ooh that's nice! Rich warming flavours of Turkish coffee, bourbon, cocoa, caramel cake, sweet tobacco, raisin, Tiramisu. Peaty sweet & robust. Absolutely spot on.

440ml can. Pitch black pour with a small tan head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, a little coconut, coffee. Taste is initially very sweet, loads of chocolate and vanilla, some oily coconut, coffee and roast malts, coffee has a little bit of a fruity tang, roasty coffee bitterness in the finish. Full bodied, thick, smooth.

Draft at the Lewes brewery. Poured almost black in colour with a thin broken tan head and some clingy lace. The aroma is roasted malt, caramel, red berry fruits. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a silky smooth, creamy, super rich, roasty, chocolate, caramel, raisin palate and an oily mouthfeel. Full bodied with flat carbonation.
