Great Plains is an American Wheat beer with a simple and classic malt bill of extra pale, wheat and a touch of dextrin malts for a cereal doughiness. Hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Cascade, this wheat beer has light citrus and orange notes with an underlying spiciness.
